The building is pretty nice, modern and has a good feel to it, the food here is alreet, the odd questionable munch (there were some Easter rabbit biscuits that probably should have been resigned to Halloween). But on the whole it's alright!

It's owned (I believe) by the same peeps who run the Greenman, and I'm not really sure why but I've always preferred the Greenman to Jack Rabbits, maybe it's because I had a naff experience at the one in Derby many many many moons ago.

In short, don't avoid it at all, it's fine for what it is. As a venue it's particularly nice.
