Fusty pillar of the community

We've only ever been in here to vote, but it's pretty rundown. It plays a big part in different clubs that happen, and it's been used as a venue for some acts that have come to town. It's situated in a great location, and has a lot of potential, but it just needs some actual dollar dollar bills pumping into it to tidy it up.

I've personally always quite liked the building, and it's got loads of history, but peeps in town are pretty divided on it.
