Cornerstone Coffee House

Friggin' great place

We've been to the Cornerstone quite a few times now, when we bring people to Ashbourne, it's the first place that we recommend if it's their first time here. The food here is amazing, it's a fancy take on normal breakfast and lunch, the tomato sauce here is homemade and is particularly nice.

They also do themed evenings which we've not managed to get along to yet, but only ever heard good things about it.

Honestly - can't recommend this place enough, cosy, great food, great drinks. Look out for the twinned toilet reference in one of the toilets. (It might be in both, can't confirm 👀)
