I mean, what can I realistically say about an estate agents? They've got good Google reviews? I like their lil' electronic window screens, always think they come across nicer than the traditional paper ones.

One thing that does irk me about the Ashbourne presmiseseses, there's a sign as you're about to go in, to the bottom right in blue that says "mind the steps" but there's only one step.
